Hi! I’m a Chicago attorney who left my day job to travel the world.

After years of spending long days in court and behind a desk, I decided to take some real time off, get out of the office, and explore what life has to offer beyond two weeks of vacation time a year.

For as much as I'm dedicated to adventuring, I'm decidedly less so when it comes to blogging. Enter this website: a product of the occasional burst of inspiration, in which I chronicle my journey with photographs, hotel reviews, and travel essays which will hopefully provide some insight into lessons I've learned along the way.
